- The government of the Republic of Benin

- Government Agencies
|
- Not for profit private organizations registered and approved by Ministry of Finance
|
- Those who qualify by National Investment Commission for the special investment incentive
|
- Member of the Legislature is exempt on certain items per calendar year
|
- Executive Order that specifies which commodities will be duty free for one year and the businesses are registered entities engaged in the specified sector

You need the Single Administrative Document (SAD) and Duty Free forms.
